At MIRCH, we know life isn’t perfect, but we work hard to make your delivery experience as close to perfect as possible. Whether you’re a first-time customer or a long-time fan, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with zero confusion. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, from processing times to delivery options.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $149 AUD (after discounts are applied). For orders under $149 AUD, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package size. Orders that include oversized items such as 20L cubes will incur a $30 AUD surcharge per cube due to their weight and dimensions.
Order Processing
We dispatch orders from our South East Melbourne centre, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST on a business day are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or during weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods such as sales or promotions, order processing may take up to five business days.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Transit Time: 2–7 business days
Total Delivery Time: 3–9 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link. You can use this information to track your delivery through the carrier’s website.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update address details if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once the package has left our facility, address changes are no longer possible.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us promptly. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and follow our Returns Policy to initiate a return.
