At MIRCH, we know life isn’t perfect — but we try to make our service as close to it as possible. Whether it’s your first order or your fiftieth, we want the experience to be smooth, fast, and fair. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds — in plain English.
Shipping Info (a quick heads up)
We ship orders from our South East Melbourne dispatch centre, Monday to Friday. If you place your order before 11 AM AEST on a business day, we’ll do our best to get it packed and processed that same day. If it’s after 11 AM, it’ll roll into the next business day.
Weekends and public holidays? Our team’s off the tools, so anything placed then will be processed within two business days.
🔥 During sale periods, please allow a little extra time (up to 5 business days). We hustle hard, but sometimes the orders come flying in faster than we can pack.
Choosing Express Post? That speeds up *delivery*, but our regular handling times still apply.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over \$149 (after any discount is applied).
📦 But if your order includes 20L cubes, there’s a \$30 delivery surcharge per cube due to their size and weight.
Live in a remote area? Sometimes an extra freight charge applies. If that’s the case, one of our team will get in touch to chat options before anything moves.

Big orders or bulky gear (especially 20L cubes) may require a little more love from the couriers. Here’s the deal:

Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? No worries.
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase as long as:
* The item is **unused and unopened
* It’s still in its original packaging
* You’ve got your proof of purchase or order confirmation
You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost, and we don’t refund the original shipping fee either. But we never charge restocking fees— that’s just not our style.
⚠️ Products returned in used condition, or those missing parts (unless it was our error), can’t be refunded.
Need to exchange something that arrived damaged or defective? Easy. Send an email to contact@mirch.com.au and we’ll help you through it.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we’ve given it a once-over, we’ll email you to confirm. If everything checks out, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for it to show up, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Sale or clearance items can’t be refunded. All discounted products are final sale.
Money-Back Guarantee (when offered)
From time to time, we run money-back guarantee promos on select products. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll honour the guarantee — you just need to send the product back within 30 days of ordering.
A few fair-play rules apply:
* Used it once and didn’t like it? No problem.
* Used it three times and emptied half the bottle? That’s a bit different. We may refuse the return if it’s been excessively used — the guarantee is to give you a *risk-free trial*, not a free ride.

Warranty & Liability (The Fine Print)
If something’s faulty, we’ll either replace the product or refund the cost — simple.
But beyond that, keep in mind:
* We don’t make promises about fitness for a specific use other than what we specifically state — every user has different needs, and only you can decide if our products are right for your application.
* MIRCH is not liable for any indirect, special, or follow-on damage caused by use (or misuse) of our products for users that do not follow our explicit directions.
